BMS can be your product development partner from prototype to full production capability.

We have hands-on experience with a wide variety of materials – Polyethylene (HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE), Polypropylene, EVA, Flexible PVC, Rigid PVC, Polysulfone, Polyphenolsuffone, PEEK, ABS, Barex, Thermoplastic Elastomers, PVC-TPE Blend, K-Resin, Hytrel.

BMS will work with you to create a 3D product design file. We can use our SolidWorks system or import the file from your system.

The CAD file will become the product specification, the basis for the mold cavity design and a key document in the BMS quality management system.

Blow Molded Specialties will direct the mold construction and will validate the mold.

We will develop and qualify the molding / manufacturing process.

BMS can manufacture in-house or we will create a turn-key manufacturing capability for transfer to your location.
